上课就好比是在舞台上的一次表演,一般人都会觉得主角应该就只是老师,而学生只是配角,其实不然,主角应该是老师与学生两者,师生之间不应该存在主次之分,二者是同样平等的关系。一位优秀的教师会在发挥好自己的主导地位的同时注重于发挥学生的主体地位,在课堂上提出问题后,也会选择与学生们一起交流,共同解决,而不是一个人在讲台上自编自导演独角戏。笔者认为,要构建初中数学高效课堂,必须要运用多样的教学方法进行师生互动。下面就是笔者根据自己的执教经验提出的一些浅见。
Class is like a show on the stage, most people think that the protagonist should be just a teacher, and the student is only a supporting actor. In fact, the protagonist should be both a teacher and a student. Teachers and students should not exist between primary and secondary points. The same is equal. A good teacher will give full play to his dominant position while giving play to their dominant position. After asking questions in the classroom, they will also choose to work with students to solve problems instead of being alone in the podium. Edited by the director of the one-man show. The author believes that to build high school mathematics classroom, we must use a variety of teaching methods for teacher-student interaction. The following is the author based on his coaching experience put forward some humble opinion.
