后进青年作为一种社会现象,在地方和部队都是客观存在的。然而,部队的后进青年又有其特殊性。就其后进形成的因素来看,也有一般青年向成年人过渡中的共同心理特征。所谓后进,就是这一过渡时期矛盾冲突的一种表现。部队青年战士的这种过渡是在特定的社会条件下进行的,因此,分析其成因,旣要考虑一般后进青年的共性,又要着眼于部队后进青年的个性。一、部队后进青年形成的主观因素后进形成的主观因素可以从以下两个方面来分析:
