采用心理咨询、问卷调查和统计分析１２１ 例中年意外伤患者。结果发现：（１） 患者的心理问题主要集中在入院期和手术前，积分比重达６８５ ％ ；以康复期为对照ｔ＝ ３ ．５８７ 、２ ．９１８ ，差异极显著（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。（２） 不同时期患者的心理健康状况差异较大，心理问题单项评分３ 分以上的，入院期５ 项、手术前４ 项、手术后３ 项、康复期３ 项。（３） 不同性别、文化水平、伤残程度、经济状况的患者，心理问题及表现程度差异较大。研究提示：把握不同时期患者的心理特点和差异，对症施治，是确保患者身心早日康复的重要之举。
Adopted psychological counseling, questionnaires and statistical analysis of 121 cases of middle-aged Italian patients with traumatic injury. The results showed that: (1) Psychological problems of patients mainly concentrated in the period of admission and before operation, with a total score of 685%; compared with t = 3 in rehabilitation period. 587, 2. 918, the difference was significant (P <0 .01). (2) The mental health status of patients in different periods differed greatly. Psychological problems were more than 3 points in score, 5 in admission, 4 before surgery, 3 after surgery and 3 in rehabilitation. (3) Patients with different gender, educational level, disability and economic status have different psychological problems and performance levels. Research Tip: Grasp the psychological characteristics and differences in patients at different periods, symptomatic treatment, is an important move to ensure that patients recover sooner or later.
