旋转抛物面聚光集热器,由于用途不同,制作要求和工艺不同,达到的镜面精度不同,因此吸收器表面上的集热温度也不相同。集热温度是聚光集热器的一个重要参数,它直接影响聚光集热器的使用和热效率。 文献[1—3]提供了理想镜面在特定条件下的最高集热温度的计算公式,显然,其计算结果与实测结果差别较大。本文借助文献[3]中三维聚光集热器集热温度T_m计算式,运用当量法,找出了假口径比n_b和偏差系数K_(i1),对T_m进行了修正,给出了与实测结果误差较小的经验计算式。
Rotating parabolic concentrator, due to different purposes, production requirements and processes are different to achieve different mirror accuracy, so the absorber surface temperature is not the same collector. Collector temperature is a condenser condenser is an important parameter, it directly affects the condenser and the use of thermal efficiency. In this paper, we use the equivalence method to find out the false caliber ratio n_b and the deviation coefficient K_ (i1), and correct the T_m by using the calculation formula of the collector temperature T_m of the three-dimensional condenser collector in [3] The results of the smaller empirical formula.
