本文通过对金融危机背景下黑龙江省绥芬河、东宁口岸边境贸易进行个案研究,进一步探求克服沿边对俄贸易下滑趋势的出路,并从金融支持的角度提出支持策略。
Based on the case studies of border trade between Suifenhe and Dongning ports in Heilongjiang Province in the context of the financial crisis, this paper further explores ways to overcome the decline in the trade with Russia along the border and proposes supportive strategies from the perspective of financial support.
