目的:研究炒生地黄炭、熟地黄炭对小鼠出血时间和凝血时间的影响,为进一步探讨生地黄炭、熟地黄炭止血炮制机理提供前期的实验基础。方法:以ICR种小鼠为实验动物,采用断尾法及毛细管法分别测定生地黄、熟地黄、炒生地黄炭、炒熟地黄炭对小鼠的出血时间和凝血时间影响。结果:与生理盐水组比较,生地黄、生地黄炭、熟地黄炭均能够显著缩短小鼠出血时间(P<0.01)和凝血时间(P<0.01);与生地黄组比较,炒生地黄炭能够显著缩短小鼠出血时间(P<0.05)和凝血时间(P<0.05);与熟地黄组比较,炒熟地黄炭能够显著缩短小鼠出血时间(P<0.01)和凝血时间(P<0.01)。结论:生地黄炭和熟地黄炭均具有一定的止血作用,且生地黄炒炭后增强了止血作用、熟地黄炒炭后产生了止血作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of charcoal-rich charcoal and Rehmannia glutinosa on hemorrhage time and clotting time in mice, and to provide preliminary experimental basis for further study on the mechanism of hemostasis in rehmannia charcoal and Rehmannia glutinosa. Methods: ICR mice were used as experimental animals. The effects of hemorrhage and clotting time on the mice were determined by the tail-end method and the capillary method respectively. RESULTS: Compared with the saline group, the hemorrhage time (P <0.01) and the clotting time (P <0.01) of the rhubarb, radix rehmanniae and Rehmanniae charcoal were significantly shortened compared with the saline group. Compared with the DH group, (P <0.05) and clotting time (P <0.05). Compared with those of the Rehmannia glutinosa group, the rhubarb char can significantly reduce the bleeding time (P <0.01) and the clotting time (P <0.01) ). CONCLUSION: Rehmannia glutinosa and Rehmannia glutinosa have certain hemostatic effects, and hemostatic effect is enhanced after radix charcoal, the hemostatic effect of Rehmannia glutinosa charred charcoal.
