2015年6月28日,滁河襄河口闸上实测最高水位达14.39m,超警戒水位3.39m,安徽省防汛抗旱指挥部启用了荒草二圩、三圩蓄洪区。本文通过数学模型计算方法,模拟滁河2015年滁河洪水过程,计算荒草二圩、三圩实际蓄洪量、进洪过程以及蓄洪区内淹没水深、洪水到达时间等水力要素,分析蓄洪区启用降低滁河干流水位情况,为滁河蓄洪区启用决策、防洪避险提供参考。
On June 28, 2015, the highest measured water level at Xianghekou gate in Chuhe reached 14.39m and the warning level was 3.39m. Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters in Anhui Province enabled the Weashe Erwei and Sanwei Flood Storage Districts. This paper simulates the Chu River flood process in 2015 by mathematical model calculation method, calculates the actual flood storage capacity, the flood inflow process and the submerged water depth in the flood storage area, the flood arrival time and other hydraulic factors, Chuhe main river water level, Chu Chu flood storage area to enable the decision-making, flood control to provide a reference.
