传统的“两教一保”保教模式很难真正将“保教合一”的理念付诸于实践,主要问题是缺乏具有一定专业理论知识的高素质保育员来使二者加以整合。多年来,我园引进了不少具有教师资格的年轻教师,她们有着强烈的工作热情,也接受过幼儿卫生学、幼儿心理学等与保育相关的专业培训,她们所缺的是教育教学的实践经验。为了提高她们的保教经验,基于本园实际,我园大胆尝试了现代企业管理中的轮岗制,让班级中的教师轮流担任保育员
