本研究主要应用劈裂试验,小梁弯曲试验,收缩试验和无侧限抗压试验考察了在普通沥青混合料中掺适量废胶粉后对低温抗裂性能的改善效果。试验结果表明:掺3—5%(混合料的重量计)的废胶粉,可以降低沥青混凝土的低温弹性模最和增大其变形均达1—3倍,玻璃化转变温度也比普通沥青乱凝土的低10℃以上。不言而喻,沥青混凝土的低温抗裂能力大大提高了。因此,这种材料可以适用于在北方寒冷地区修筑道路路面。
In this study, the application of splitting test, trabecular bending test, shrinkage test and unconfined compression test were used to investigate the improvement effect of low-temperature anti-cracking performance on the common bituminous mixture with proper amount of waste rubber powder. The results show that the blending of 3-5% (weight of the mixture) of crumb rubber can reduce the elastic modulus of asphalt concrete at most and increase its deformation up to 1-3 times, and the glass transition temperature is also lower than ordinary asphalt Low concrete above 10 ℃. It goes without saying that asphalt concrete at low temperature crack resistance greatly improved. Therefore, this material can be used to build road pavement in cold northern regions.
