强化冲天炉熔化的最有效方法之一是使用双排风口,两排风口的间隔为800~900mm。苏联农业机械制造研究院用此法改建了XepcoH联合收割机厂铸铁车间的冲天炉,既节约了焦炭,又提高了铁水温度。冲天炉的工艺设计参数如附表。空气由一台鼓风机送入风口,但每排风口各有自己的集气管和调节流量用的闸板。两排风口间空气流量比例的调节系统中装有全套仪表。进行了14次试验。焦炭用量分布的频率曲线、铁水温度曲线和焦炭燃烧率如附图所示。图中1为单排风口;2为双排风口,H=550mm;3为双排风口,
One of the most effective ways to enhance cupola melting is to use a double vent, with two vents spaced 800-900 mm apart. The Soviet Union’s Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Research Institute converted a cupola at the XepcoH Combine Harvester’s cast iron plant to save coke and raise the hot metal temperature.
