江泽民同志指出:“学习问题,关系到广大干部自身的进步,关系到国家、民族的兴衰和社会主义现代化事业的成败”。学习不仅是自我的精神追求,更是时代赋予我们的重要责任。创建学习型组织是企业文化发展的一定阶段,企业提高自身综合素质和竞争力的必然追求。或者说,创建学习型企业是企业文化建设的有效载体和重要突破口。衡量一个企业的企业文化建设搞得好坏的一个重要标志,就是看这个企业能否最终成为一个“学习型组织”。

The establishment of a learning organization is a certain stage of the development of corporate culture, and the inevitable pursuit of an enterprise to improve its overall quality and competitiveness. Or, to create a learning enterprise is an effective carrier and an important breakthrough in the construction of corporate culture. An important indicator of how well a company's corporate culture has been built is to see if it can eventually become a “learning organization.”
