近几年来,张店区档案局坚持“抓好农村建档工作,服务农村经济建设和精神文明建设”的指导思想,把农村建档工作做为重点来抓,到1998年10月,全区140个行政村全部建档,建档率达到100％。全区九个镇六个办事处机关档案室全部达到了省级先进标准。1998年张店区被市委、市政府表彰为“全市村级建档工作标兵区县”。镇、村档案工作走向了正常化、规范化的轨道,有力地促进了全区两个文明建设,为全区农村民主政治建设、经济发展和社会稳定做出了贡献。
