首次利用AgNO3与KX(X为Cl-、Br-、I-)的室温固相反应成功地制备出纳米AgX粉末。并结合XRD、TEM、TG/DTA测试对其结构和性能进行了表征。发现固相反应制得的超细AgX与水相法制得的相应常粒AgX颜色有所不同。在相同合成条件下,AgCl、AgBr、AgI的粒径依次减小。DTA数据表明,纳米AgI的晶型转变温度与常粒AgI的相差甚微,而熔点却比常粒AgI的熔点大大降低。
For the first time, nanosized AgX powder was successfully prepared by solid phase reaction of AgNO3 with KX (X is Cl-, Br-, I-) at room temperature. Its structure and properties were characterized by XRD, TEM and TG / DTA. It was found that the ultrafine AgX produced by solid-state reaction differs from the corresponding constant AgX color produced by the aqueous method. Under the same synthesis conditions, the particle sizes of AgCl, AgBr and AgI decrease in turn. DTA data show that the nano-AgI crystal transition temperature and granular AgI little difference, but the melting point than the melting point of granular AgI greatly reduced.
