最近几年,我厅差旅费支出逐年增加,其中住宿费支出增加更甚。出差人员住高级房间的情况时有发生,虽然我们强调出差要住普通房间,但又没有具体尺度,不好掌握,致使住宿费支出大幅度增加。为了改变这一状况,调动广大干部职工当家理财的积极性,根据国务院国发(1985)28号文件《关于节减行政经费的通知》精神,我们广播电视厅经与省财政厅研究决定,从1985年8月1日起试行了“住宿费包干,节约分成,超支分担”的办法,使节约住宿费与职工个人利益挂钩。一年来的实践证明,这个办法是行之有效的,既便于管理,又节约了差旅费开支。住宿费包干的具体内容介绍如下: 1、各部门领导应根据工作任务,严格控制公出人员和公出天数,以节减差旅费开支。
In recent years, our office travel expenses increased year by year, of which accommodation expenses even more.
