取300~450g雄性大鼠14只,随机分为两组,每组7只。Ⅰ组静脉注射1.0%硫贲妥钠31.5mg/kg,Ⅱ组静脉注射1.0%异丙酚12.5mg/kg,记录给药后不同时期HR、MAR、±dp/dt变化。结果显示,给药后HR、MAP、±dp/dt均较同组给药前明显降低,除给药后8minⅡ组MAP较同时期Ⅰ组明显降低外,其它各时期、各观察指标两组间均无显著性差异。±dp/dt降低提示异丙酚与等效剂量硫贲妥钠对心肌收缩性有相同程度的抑制作用。
Take 300 ~ 450g male rats 14, were randomly divided into two groups of 7. Group Ⅰ received intravenous injection of 1.0% thiopental sodium 31.5 mg / kg, group Ⅱ intravenous injection of 1.0% propofol 12.5 mg / kg, and recorded changes of HR, MAR and ± dp / dt after administration . The results showed that the HR, MAP and ± dp / dt were significantly decreased after administration compared with the same group before administration, except that the MAP in group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ at 8min after administration, while in other periods, No significant difference. A decrease in ± dp / dt suggests that propofol and equivalent doses of thiopental sodium have the same degree of inhibition of myocardial contractility.
