研究普法教育主客体关系是解决普法教育固有难题——实效性问题的关键。中国普法教育的主体分为导向性主体和主体性主体两类,而主体性主体在普法教育过程中发挥着维护司法公信力和司法领域中的“公平性”的重要作用。法治现代化进程中客体的需求呈现出多层次发展的倾向,因此,普法教育必须注重对客体的研究,只有在尊重客体需要的基础上,实现主客体之间的良性互动,才能真正提高普法教育的实效性。
Studying the relationship between subject and object of popularization education is the key to solve the inherent problem of popularization education - the problem of effectiveness. The main body of China’s popularization education is divided into two categories: the guiding subject and the subjective subject, and the subjective subject plays an important role in the popularization education in safeguarding the credibility of the judiciary and the “fairness” in the judicial field. Therefore, the populace education must pay attention to the research of the object. Only by realizing the benign interaction between subject and object on the basis of respecting the needs of the object, can we really improve the popularization of popularization education Effectiveness.
