余热余压利用主要是从生产工艺上来改进能源利用效率,通过改进工艺结构、优化、增加节能装置以最大幅度的利用生产过程中产生的余热和余压。本文以轮胎生产为例,简要阐述了余热余压的产生、分类、用途及使用设备,介绍了锅炉高温烟气、排污、二次蒸汽、凝结水、产品或生产介质余热的利用方法;并对水、压缩空气、蒸汽等动力或介质的余压利用进行了分析,认为余热余压的利用应从细微处着手,从细节做起,积少成多会产生可观的经济和社会效益。
Waste heat and pressure utilization is mainly from the production process to improve energy efficiency, through the improvement of process structure, optimization, increase energy-saving devices to maximize the use of waste heat and residual pressure generated in the production process. In this paper, taking the tire production as an example, this paper gives a brief expatiation of the generation, classification, use and equipment of residual heat and pressure, and introduces the utilization of boiler high temperature flue gas, sewage, secondary steam, condensed water, waste heat of product or production medium. Water, compressed air, steam and other power or medium pressure utilization were analyzed, that the use of residual heat and pressure should start from the details, starting from the details, add up will produce considerable economic and social benefits.
