目的探讨性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)在妇产科疾病(妊娠期糖尿病)中的作用。方法 (1)选取43例孕妇(2015年5月至2016年5月收治)作为研究对象,在孕24~28周时对其实施葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT),根据研究结果将28例正常孕妇分为对照组,15例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇分为参考组,收集所有研究对象的年龄、身体质量指数(BMI)、血脂、血糖等指标,检测性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)的表达水平。结果参照组孕妇BMI、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)及SHBG分别为(24.37±2.56)kg/m~2、(5.96±1.49)mmol/L、(2.23±1.21)mmol/L、(3.96±1.66)mmol/L、(1.65±0.18)mmol/L、(6.19±1.35)mmol/L及(165.82±109.27)mmol/L,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,SHBG同孕早期年龄和HDL-C呈正相关,与FBG、TG、LDL-C、BMI呈负相关。结论 SHBG与妇产科疾病有着密不可分的联系,血清SHBG水平检测在妇产科疾病的预测中发挥着重要的作用,对其早期诊断和预后评估起着关键性效果。
Objective To investigate the role of sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) in obstetrics and gynecology diseases (gestational diabetes mellitus). Methods (1) Forty-three pregnant women (treated from May 2015 to May 2016) were enrolled in this study. Glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was performed at 24-28 weeks gestation. According to the results, 28 normal pregnant women As control group, 15 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into a reference group and all the subjects were collected for the age, body mass index (BMI), blood lipids, blood glucose and other indicators to detect the expression of sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG). Results The BMI, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, FBG and SHBG of pregnant women in the reference group were (24.37 (2.96 ± 1.21) mmol / L, (3.96 ± 1.66) mmol / L, (1.65 ± 0.18) mmol / L and (6.19 ± 1.35) (P <0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that SHBG was positively correlated with age and HDL-C of early pregnancy, but not with FBG, TG , LDL-C, BMI was negatively correlated. Conclusion SHBG is closely related to obstetrics and gynecology diseases. Serum SHBG level plays an important role in the prediction of obstetrics and gynecology diseases, and plays a key role in its early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.
