目的:探讨银杏叶片、酪氨酸冲剂和红景天对高原人体力竭运动血乳酸(BLA)及血氨(Am-mo)的影响。方法:对进驻海拔3700m高原半年的30名健康青年随机分为银杏叶片组、红景天组和酪氨酸组,每组10人。在服药前、服药第15天分别采用功率自行车进行渐增负荷运动至力竭,测定血清中BLA、Ammo含量。结果:3组青年运动后较安静时BLA、Ammo均增高,有非常显著性差别(P<0.01)。服药后较服药前BLA、Ammo降低,有非常显著性差别(P<0.01)。结论:银杏叶片、酪氨酸冲剂和红景天均能增强高原机体能量代谢,提高机体的有氧运动能力,加速运动性疲劳的恢复。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba leaves, Tyrosine granules and Rhodiola rosea on blood lactate (BLA) and ammonia (Am-mo) levels in high-level exhaustion exercises. METHODS: Thirty healthy young people who had been stationed at 3700m altitude for 6 months were randomly divided into two groups: Ginkgo biloba group, Rhodiola group and tyrosine group, 10 in each group. Before taking the drug and on the 15th day of taking the drug, the power bike was used to gradually increase the load to exhaustion, and the serum BLA and Ammo levels were measured. Results: BLA and Ammo were increased in the 3 young adults after exercise, and there was a significant difference (P<0.01). After taking the drug, the BLA and Ammo decreased compared with those before medication, and there was a significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba leaves, tyrosine granules and Rhodiola rosea can enhance the body’s energy metabolism, increase the body’s aerobic exercise capacity, and accelerate the recovery of exercise fatigue.
