为研究邻二甲苯吸附管作为校准替代物质的可靠性,通过TD-GC联用技术进行大量重现性实验、平行对照实验,并对数据结果进行分析,确定了邻二甲苯的校准曲线。得到邻二甲苯通过热解吸仪的解吸效率在85%以上,符合标准管使用规范的要求。通过耐贮藏性实验得到该标准管在1个月的储藏期内量值的变化小于10%。实验结果表明,邻二甲苯标准吸附管满足作为检测设备的校准替代物质的性能要求。
In order to study the reliability of ortho-xylene sorbent tubes as calibration alternatives, a large number of reproducibility experiments and parallel control experiments were carried out by using TD-GC technique and the data were analyzed to determine the calibration curve of o-xylene. The desorption efficiency of o-xylene obtained by thermal desorption apparatus is over 85%, which meets the requirements of standard pipe usage. The resistance of the standard tube during storage period of one month was less than 10%. The experimental results show that the ortho-xylene standard sorbent tube meets the performance requirements as a calibration alternative for testing equipment.
