我輔导的班是五年一期,学生年龄很小,多数在11岁至13岁之間。全班53人中有50个队員,有四分之一是机关干部和城镇居民的子女,其余都是农村子弟。他們虽然很认真学习,但对于学习目的不够明确,对学科有偏廢现象,只重語、算,不愿学农业常識和珠算等科;不大热爱体力劳动,特别是农业生产劳动;学习上不够艰苦,遇到困难不愿多动惱筋;部分农村子弟認为农业社的生活提高太慢,农民生活不及工人好。看不到社会主义新农村的光輝远景。存在这些問題的原因,主要是由于学生受到社会上及家長落后思想的影响。针对学生这些情况,我認为結合当前的形势向学生进行农业发展綱要40条的教育,使学生了解我国社会主义农业发展的光明前途,以培养学生热爱农村、热爱劳动的思想感情,端正学习目的,是非常必要的。于是,我便根据儿童思想发展的規律,比較集中地进行了有关这方面的工作。
My class is a five-year course. Students are very young, mostly between the ages of 11 and 13. Fifty of the 53 members of the class have one member, one quarter of whom are children of government officials and urban residents, while the rest are rural children. Although they study very earnestly, they are not clear enough about the purpose of study, they are partial to the discipline, they only emphasize language, count, and do not want to learn agricultural knowledge and abacus. They do not have much love for manual labor, especially for agricultural production. Difficulties, unwilling to move more distraught encountered difficulties; some rural children think that the life of agricultural society to improve too slowly, farmer life is not as good as the workers. Can not see the brilliant vision of a new socialist countryside. The reasons for these problems are mainly due to the influence of students’ backward thinking in society and their parents. In view of these situations of students, I think that in light of the current situation, we should educate students on 40 programs of agricultural development so that students can understand the bright future of socialist agriculture in our country so as to cultivate students’ thoughts and feelings of loving the countryside and their love for labor, and correct learning purposes It is very necessary. Therefore, according to the laws governing the development of children’s thinking, I concentrated on the work in this area.
