目的对麻楝属植物中的phragmalin柠檬苦素成分的研究进展进行综述,为该属植物的进一步研究与开发奠定基础。方法结合作者的研究工作和相关文献,对从该属植物发现的结构新颖复杂的phragmalin柠檬苦素结构特征和药理活性研究进行综述。结果从麻楝属植物中已分离鉴定了近90个phragmalin柠檬苦素,部分化合物具有昆虫拒食活性,抑制钾离子(K+)转运的作用,对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒活性和抗炎活性。结论为麻楝属植物phragmalin柠檬苦素的进一步研究与开发提供了重要参考。
OBJECTIVE To summarize the research progress on the composition of limonin from phragmalin in genus Aghemis, and to lay a foundation for the further research and development of this genus. Methods Based on the research work of the author and related literatures, the structural characteristics and pharmacological activities of the limonoid of phragmalin, a novel and complex structure discovered from this genus, were reviewed. Results Nearly 90 phragminin limonin species were isolated and identified from genus Aghemis, some of which exhibited antifeedant activity against insects and inhibited K + transport and cytotoxicity and anti-inflammatory activity on tumor cells. The conclusion provides an important reference for the further research and development of limonin in phragmalin.
