午休时间翻开2015年第一期《工会博览》杂志,一组建家的图片扑面展开,无论是青春勃发的小苹果、职工排舞还是场面生动的贴心人服务队活动,一切都是那样的贴近生活、贴近基层职工。不经意间翻到了我最爱看的“访·基层工会”栏目,一个《集职工之呼声营造“家”的氛围》的新颖题目映入眼帘,由于在企业里担任工会干事,三元种业职工书屋、职工活动中心、妈咪屋和高技能人才关怀等建家机制和细化到每一个微小环节的精心组织设计深深吸引了我。作为读者的我真切地感到,
