近年来,随着我国加入世贸组织与电信业改革的不断深入,中国电信面对的竞争优势已不再明显,竞争压力不断增加。新时期,挑战与机遇并存,中国电信必须在经济转型时期,在瞬息万变的外部市场环境中获得新的竞争优势,以保证中国电信的健康、稳定、可持续发展。本文将就目前中国电信财务管理的现状进行分析,并对中国电信财务集中与财务转型进行探讨,以期在不断推进中国电信转型的过程中充分发挥财务管理的职能。
In recent years, with the deepening of China’s accession to the WTO and the reform of the telecom industry, the competitive advantages China Telecom has faced are no longer obvious, and the pressure of competition is constantly increasing. In the new era, with the coexistence of challenges and opportunities, China Telecom must gain new competitive advantages in the rapidly changing external market environment in the period of economic restructuring so as to ensure the healthy, stable and sustainable development of China Telecom. This article will analyze the status quo of China Telecom’s financial management and probe into China Telecom’s financial concentration and financial transformation in order to give full play to its financial management functions in the process of continuously promoting the transformation of China Telecom.
