为改善旧工业建筑再生利用项目的建筑安全、使用功能和使用舒适度,基于利益相关者视角进行国内22城市的调研.根据对国内百余个项目的调研和相关参与主体的走访,提取了影响旧工业建筑绿色设计的11个指标,利用结构方程模型(SEM)进行分析,得出在设计阶段影响旧工业建筑绿色再生的主要设计指标及其相互关系,研究指出旧工业建筑再生在设计阶段其绿色性主要受经济、性能、环境三大指标影响.
In order to improve the safety of buildings, functions and comfort of use of the old industrial building recycling project, the survey was carried out in 22 domestic cities based on stakeholder perspectives, and based on the investigation of over one hundred domestic projects and the visits of relevant participants, the influence was extracted The eleven indicators of the green design of the old industrial buildings were analyzed by the structural equation model (SEM), and the main design indexes influencing the green regeneration of the old industrial buildings in the design stage were obtained.
