为了得到碳化物分布均匀的高合金工具钢材料,对比了扁方圆和方圆2种锻造方法对共晶碳化物的分布特点及晶粒大小的影响,发现采用扁方圆的锻造方法可以更有效地破碎钢材芯部的碳化物,改善碳化物条带状分布。
