本文报告20例次家兔肺动脉收缩压的肺阻抗容积图肺泡加压法测定,及与右心导管实测值比较的结果。肺血流图主波波幅在一定范围内随肺泡压的逐渐增高而基本上呈线性降低,由此可推算出肺血流图主波波幅为零时的肺泡压,此值即等于肺动脉收缩压。本文20例肺动脉压推算值与相应的右心导管实测值有高度相关(r=0.97),并得出回归方程 =0.94X_o+2.63,根据此回归公式可由肺泡加压法的推算值得出符合真实肺动脉压的数值。文中对主要实验现象和原理作了阐述。
In this paper, we report the pulmonary impedance volumetric graph of 20 rabbits with pulmonary artery systolic pressure measured by alveolar pressure method and the result of comparison with the right cardiac catheter. Pulmonary blood flow diagram of the main wave amplitude within a certain range with the gradual increase in alveolar pressure and decreased linearly, which can be extrapolated from the pulmonary blood flow diagram of the main wave amplitude of zero when the alveolar pressure, which is equal to the pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure . This paper 20 cases of pulmonary arterial pressure estimated value and the corresponding right heart catheter measured values are highly correlated (r = 0.97), and the regression equation = 0.94X_o +2.63, according to this regression formula can be calculated from the alveolar pressure method to meet the true Pulmonary arterial pressure values. The article describes the main experimental phenomena and principles.
