目的对蜘蛛香药材的指纹图谱进行研究,为有效控制其质量提供可靠的方法。方法以Phenomenex Gemini C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,体积流量为1.0 m L/min,检测波长254 nm,柱温25℃,测定蜘蛛香药材的HPLC指纹图谱。结果建立的蜘蛛香药材HPLC指纹图谱有17个共有峰,并对6个共有峰进行了化学成分指认;18批蜘蛛香药材中有15批相似度大于0.89;主成分分析用3个主成分抽象代表17个成分进行评价。结论该方法简便、快速、可靠,可以有效地评价该药材的质量。
Objective To study the fingerprints of spider incense and provide a reliable way to control its quality effectively. Methods The mobile phase consisted of Phenomenex Gemini C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column and acetonitrile (A) -0.1% phosphoric acid solution (B) with a gradient of 1.0 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 254 nm, column temperature 25 ℃, HPLC fingerprint of spider incense was determined. Results The HPLC fingerprint of spider incense was established with 17 common peaks and 6 common peaks were identified by chemical composition. The similarity of 15 batches of 18 spider incense herbs was greater than 0.89. Principal component analysis was based on three principal components On behalf of 17 components for evaluation. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and reliable, and can effectively evaluate the quality of the medicinal materials.
