目的评价在卵巢良恶性肿瘤诊断中糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)和癌胚抗原(CEA)检测的的应用价值及意义。方法对某院就诊的75例卵巢恶性肿瘤,80例良性卵巢肿瘤和98例正常体检女性进行CA125,CA19-9及CEA水平血清电化学免疫分析。结果卵巢癌患者CA125,CA19-9,CEA阳性检出率分别为73.8%,68.8%,42.5%。CEA+CA125检测敏感性为85%;CA19-9+CA125检测敏感性为75%;CA125+CA19-9+CEA检测敏感性为91.3%。结论对于卵巢肿瘤的诊断,CA125,CA19-9,CEA联合检测比单纯进行某一项检测敏感性更高,对于卵巢恶性肿瘤早期诊断,进行病理分期,制定合理治疗方案有重要指导意义。
Objective To evaluate the value and significance of the detection of carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors. Methods 75 cases of ovarian cancer, 80 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 98 normal physical examination women in a hospital were subjected to serum electrochemical immunoassay for CA125, CA19-9 and CEA. Results The positive rates of CA125, CA19-9 and CEA in ovarian cancer patients were 73.8%, 68.8% and 42.5%, respectively. The sensitivity of CEA + CA125 was 85%; the sensitivity of CA19-9 + CA125 was 75%; the sensitivity of CA125 + CA19-9 + CEA was 91.3%. Conclusion For the diagnosis of ovarian neoplasms, the combined detection of CA125, CA19-9 and CEA is more sensitive than the simple detection. It is of great significance for the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer, the pathological stage and the development of rational treatment.
