在传统的人力资源管理方式的基础上,我们提出了要加强人力资源管理的信息化建设,这是对传统的管理方式的一种突破。在这个信息化的互联网时代,运用信息技术以提高人力资源管理的效率,成为当代人力资源管理的一种新风尚。本文将从高校加强人力资源管理信息化建设的必要性和重要性出发,指出当前我国各大高校人力资源管理工作上上存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的解决措施,推动高校人力资源管理信息化建设又好又快发展。
On the basis of the traditional way of human resource management, we have proposed that we should strengthen the information construction of human resource management, which is a breakthrough in the traditional management methods.
