碱骨料对混凝土的危害很大。为保证混凝土的耐久性,在生产混凝土前必须对骨料的碱活性进行评定。评定方法可分为测长法、化学法、岩相法三大类,各大类中又有若干评定方法。大量试验表明,中国压蒸法不仅试验周期短,而且能作出较为准确的评定,值得推广。我国骨料类型很复杂,其碱活性的评定有一定的困难,应尽快制定出适合我国国情的先进的评定骨料碱活性的国家标准。
Alkali aggregate is very harmful to concrete. In order to ensure the durability of the concrete, the alkali activity of the aggregate must be assessed prior to the production of the concrete. Assessment methods can be divided into length measurement method, chemical method, petrographic method three categories, there are a number of major assessment methods. A large number of tests show that China’s pressure steaming method not only short test period, but also to make a more accurate assessment, it is worth promoting. The types of aggregates in our country are very complex, and there is some difficulty in the assessment of their alkali activity. As soon as possible, an advanced national standard for assessing the activity of aggregate alkali should be worked out which is suitable for China’s national conditions.
