开展企业基层团组织绩效考核,既是落实团要管团、从严治团的基本要求,也是企业团组织加强自身建设、开展创先争优、完成组织愿景的必要手段,还是引导和规范基层团组织工作、评价和激励基层团组织的有效方法。广西柳州钢铁集团有限公司团委对绩效考核办法进行大刀阔斧的改革探索,首次在考核办法中提出“自主工作”项目,形成了“3+X”季度考核模式和“4+Y”年度考核模式。此办法不仅提高了工作执行力度,而且激发了团干部工作的积极性。
