抗原处理相关转运蛋白(TAP)是一类转运蛋白,在MHCⅠ类分子抗原呈递过程中有重要作用,负责抗原肽从胞质到内质网腔的转运。由于TAP基因具有多态性,改变机体的免疫应答,从而增加了个体对疾病的易感性;体内外多种因素可调节TAP的表达及活性,TAP基因突变、调节机制的缺陷均可导致其表达下调,有利于病毒感染细胞,肿瘤细胞逃避免疫监视,从而影响疾病的发生发展。
