贵州省水资源总量丰富,但因水资源时空分布不均,严重的工程性缺水问题已经成为制约我省经济社会发展的重要因素。加之贵州省是全国最大的喀斯特分布区,水土流失及石漠化现象严重。结合贵州省情,如何合理开发及利用保护水资源?省委政策研究室课题办从水资源开发利用与保护的角度进行阐释;贵州大学农学院课题组在引进以色列发展高效旱作农业的基础上,从贵州实际出发,对在石漠化地区建立起雨养高效特色生态农业生产基地进行了有益的探索,使石漠化地区长出西瓜、黄瓜等水果蔬菜不再是奇想。
