国家海洋权利、利益可总称为国家海洋权益。就中国的和平发展而言,其具有明显的自组织性,国家的发展直接受海洋权益的作用,中国和平发展的内在要求便是解决中国海洋权益争端。本文主要以自组织理论为视角,探究中国海洋权益对中国和平发展的意义,并指出和平发展对解决海洋权利争端的作用。
National maritime rights and interests can be collectively referred to as national maritime rights and interests. As far as China’s peaceful development is concerned, it has obvious self-organization. The development of a country is directly affected by maritime rights and interests. The inherent requirement of China’s peaceful development is to resolve the dispute over China’s maritime rights and interests. This paper, based on the theory of self-organization, explores the significance of China’s maritime rights and interests for the peaceful development of China and points out the role of peaceful development in settling disputes over maritime rights.
