近代越南改革家阮长祚是19世纪越南改革家当中最有代表性的人物。对他的改革思想的研究在越南已取得一定成果,学界普遍认为,阮长祚的改革思想在当时越南的阮朝内部似乎完全被废除了,或者说改革失败了。但本文认为,19世纪阮朝在治理国家的整个过程当中实际上参考并运用了阮长祚的改革建议。阮对阮朝改革作出了不可否认的贡献。 Modern Vietnamese reformer Nguyen Phu Yen was the most representative figure among Vietnamese reformers in the 19th century. The study of his reform thinking has made some achievements in Vietnam. Academically, it is generally accepted that Nguyen Chang Tseh’s reformist thinking seemed completely abolished within Vietnam’s Nguyen Dynasty or that the reform failed. However, this article argues that during the entire process of governing the country, Nguyen dynasty in the 19th century actually referred to and applied Nguyen Changhsuan’s reform proposals. Nguyen Nguyen toward the reform made an undeniable contribution.
