财务管理是医院管理的核心要素,随着财务管理职能的不断转变,它已不再局限于简单的财务资金管理,转而扩展为经费管理、预算管理、设备管理、物资管理和技术管理等。近年来,医院管理技术逐渐实现信息化,财务数据也逐年增加,在这种时代形势下,医院财务管理逐渐进入大数据时代。本文首先分析了大数据时代下医院财务管理方面存在的问题,即医院财务管理人员素质有待提升、缺乏数据整合能力、风险管理意识薄弱。又在此基础上提出了优化医院财务管理流程、完善医院财务管理模式、提升医院财务管理人员素质等改革策略。
As the core element of hospital management, financial management is no longer limited to simple financial fund management, but also expanded to finance management, budget management, equipment management, materials management and technology management with the continuous transformation of financial management functions. In recent years, hospital management technology is gradually realized in information technology, financial data also increased year by year, in this era of situation, the hospital financial management gradually into the era of big data. This article first analyzes the existing problems in hospital financial management in the era of big data, that is, the quality of hospital financial management staff needs to be improved, the lack of data integration capability and the weak awareness of risk management. On the basis of this, it puts forward some reform strategies to optimize the hospital’s financial management process, improve the hospital’s financial management mode, and improve the quality of hospital’s financial management staff.
