在当前的教育生态下,构建和谐课堂管理文化,对提高课堂教学效率具有十分重要的现实意义。课堂管理文化从注重学生现阶段的学业成就拓展到关切学生整个生命的质量,从传统的以控制与维持课堂纪律为特征的科学管理转向到以促进学生生命成长为特征的课堂管理文化。和谐课堂管理文化以共同愿景的理念为先导,以制度为支撑,以环境为基础,以自主和自由为终极追求。和谐课堂管理文化的构建要构建有课堂师生群体共同愿景的学习氛围、创建有文化的课堂师生群体学习氛围、建立健全有师生群体学习机制的学习氛围、创建回归智慧、回归生活、有智慧生成的课堂学习氛围、创建课堂师生群体情感交融、心理相容的课堂学习氛围。
