目的研究c-erbB-2和nm23基因蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法,检测107例乳腺癌c-erbB-2及nm23基因蛋白的表达,同时检测ER和PR。结果 (1)c-erbB-2在浸润性导管癌中呈高表达;nm23在浸润性小叶癌中呈高表达。(2)c-erbB-2表达与组织学分级、TNM临床分期及与有无腋窝淋巴结转移之间有统计学差异,而与患者的年龄、肿瘤体积c-erbB-2,nm23表达无相关性。(3)nm23表达与TNM临床分期及有无腋窝淋巴结转移有关,该两指标分组间差异有统计学意义,而与患者的年龄、肿瘤体积、组织学分级c-erbB-2,nm23表达无关。(4)c-erbB-2和nm23蛋白表达无关。结论 ER,PR,c-erbB-2及nm23的联合检测能较好地反映乳腺癌病理生物学特征。
Objective To investigate the expression of c-erbB-2 and nm23 in breast cancer and their clinicopathological significance. Methods The expressions of c-erbB-2 and nm23 protein in 107 cases of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The levels of ER and PR were detected. Results (1) c-erbB-2 was highly expressed in invasive ductal carcinoma and nm23 was highly expressed in invasive lobular carcinoma. (2) There was a significant difference between the expression of c-erbB-2 and histological grade, clinical stage of TNM and the presence or absence of axillary lymph node metastasis, but not with age, tumor volume and expression of c-erbB-2 and nm23 . (3) The expression of nm23 was correlated with TNM clinical stage and axillary lymph node metastasis. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the expression of nm23, but not with the age, tumor volume and histological grade of c-erbB-2 and nm23. (4) c-erbB-2 and nm23 protein expression has nothing to do. Conclusion The combined detection of ER, PR, c-erbB-2 and nm23 can well reflect the pathological and biological characteristics of breast cancer.
