目的:了解牙周炎患者龈下菌斑细菌对于口腔常用抗菌药物的敏感性。方法:从慢性牙周炎患者龈下菌斑中分离培养牙周可疑致病菌,测定6种口腔常用抗菌药物对其的最低抑菌浓度,分析以上致病菌对这几类抗菌药物的敏感性。结果:共从50名慢性牙周炎患者牙周袋中分离培养72株革兰阴性厌氧菌进行药物敏感试验。全部实验菌株都对阿莫西林/克拉维酸敏感。对甲硝唑、替硝唑、奥硝唑未见耐药株产生。结论:对于慢性牙周炎患者龈下菌斑中分离的厌氧菌,阿莫西林/克拉维酸和硝基咪唑类药物甲硝唑、替硝唑和奥硝唑的抑菌作用强。
Objective: To understand the sensitivity of subgingival plaque bacteria to oral antibiotics in periodontitis patients. Methods: The periodontal suspicious pathogenic bacteria were isolated and cultured from subgingival plaque in patients with chronic periodontitis. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of 6 commonly used oral antibiotics were determined. The sensitivity of these pathogens to these types of antibiotics was analyzed Sex. Results: Seventy-two Gram-negative anaerobes were isolated from the periodontal pocket of 50 chronic periodontitis patients for drug susceptibility testing. All experimental strains were sensitive to amoxicillin / clavulanic acid. Metronidazole, tinidazole, ornidazole no resistance strains. CONCLUSION: Metronidazole, tinidazole and ornidazole are more effective against amoxicillin / clavulanic acid and nitroimidazole than anaerobic bacteria isolated from subgingival plaque in patients with chronic periodontitis.
