目的探讨手术室全期细节护理对手术患者护理质量以及满意度的影响。方法选择2014年9月至2015年11月收治的240例手术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组120例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施手术室全期细节护理,评价分析不同护理应用后护理质量及患者满意度情况。结果观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.7%,高于对照组的86.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术患者接受手术室全期细节护理,可显著提高护理质量及护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of full-term operation in the operating room on the nursing quality and satisfaction of patients undergoing surgery. Methods A total of 240 surgical patients admitted from September 2014 to November 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 120 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine care, the observation group performed full-term care of the operating room, and evaluated the nursing quality and patient satisfaction after different nursing applications. Results The score of nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.7%, which was higher than that of the control group (86.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Surgical patients receive full details of the operation room care, can significantly improve the quality of care and nursing satisfaction.
