目的探讨保乳手术与改良根治术对早期乳腺癌的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至12月本院肿瘤外科收治的86例早期乳腺癌患者的临床资料,比较两组患者术后生存率、复发率、转移率有无统计学差异。结果保乳术和改良根治术后1年两组患者的生存率、复发率和转移率的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保乳手术的治疗效果与改良根治术相似,满足了女性形体美的要求。
Objective To investigate the effect of conservative surgery and modified radical mastectomy on early breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with early breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to December 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. The survival rate, recurrence rate and metastasis rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in survival rate, recurrence rate and metastasis rate between the two groups at one year after conservative surgery and modified radical mastectomy (P> 0.05). Conclusion The effect of breast-conserving surgery is similar to that of modified radical mastectomy, which meets the requirements of female body beauty.
