塔机轨道基础铺设时,应符合塔机标准及说明书要求的规定。我们在实际工作中,总结出了一套既符合标准要求,又简便易做、行之有效的方法。1.《塔式起重机操作使用规程》(ZBJ80012-89)规定,碎石基础的碎石粒径为20~40mm,含土量不大于20%,以保证对路基排水、透气和摩擦力的要求。《塔式起重机安全规程》(GB5144-94)规定,碎石基础必须整平捣实,轨枕间应填满碎石。此规定不仅适用于塔机基础的建立,而且适用于塔机基础使用的全过程。为防止人为踩踏造成碎石的滑落,出现轨枕间碎石的不饱满及轨枕的松动、凹陷等现象,我们在轨道铺设完毕后,在其四周用砖砌墙,高度与轨枕上表面齐平,墙底部每隔3 m 预留一个100mm×100mm 的洞口排水。
