针对目前电厂项目管理上存在的一些问题 ,通过分析 ,认为必须加强项目管理的直线性 ,坚持项目全过程管理 ,从运作模式上保证两者之间既分工明确 ,又保持有机内在的联系 ,确保其实施效率。提出项目管理应重视项目决策及决策规划 ,要规范招投标管理、加强项目时间管理、完善项目变更管理、做好风险评估及管理 ,逐步提高项目管理的应用水平。
