目的探讨微螺钉种植体支抗技术在修复老年口腔正畸问题中的临床应用。方法选取我院于2012年9月至2013年10月收治的80例老年错牙合畸形患者分为两组,各40例。两组患者均进行正畸治疗,对照组采用一般正畸治疗技术,治疗组采用微螺钉种植体支抗技术,观察两组疗效并进行分析。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为82.5%。两组数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论微螺钉种植体支抗技术可以显著提高老年错牙合畸形患者正畸治疗的总体治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of micro-screw implant anchorage in the repair of orthodontics in the elderly. Methods Eighty elderly patients with malocclusion in our hospital from September 2012 to October 2013 were divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. Orthodontic treatment was performed in both groups. The control group received general orthodontic treatment. The treatment group was treated with micro-screw implant support technique and the curative effect was observed and analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 82.5% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion The micro-screw implant support technique can significantly improve the overall treatment effect of orthodontic treatment in elderly patients with malocclusion.
