目的探讨孕产妇学校对改善孕产妇产褥期抑郁症的临床效果。方法选取通州区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心2016年建卡孕产妇613例,随机将所有孕产妇分为对照组305例和研究组308例。对照组孕产妇给予常规课程教育,研究组孕产妇纳入本所举办的孕产妇学校培训班。比较两组孕产妇的抑郁状况及不适反应。结果试验前,两组孕产妇产后抑郁阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验后,研究组孕产妇产后抑郁阳性率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组孕产妇试验前后副反应量表(TESS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孕妇学校可有效降低孕产妇产褥期抑郁症发生率,且无不适反应,可为母婴健康与安全提供有力的保障。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of maternal school on improving maternal puerperal depression. Methods Totally 613 maternal pregnant women with card in Tongzhou District maternal and child health family planning service center in 2016 were randomly divided into control group (305 cases) and research group (308 cases). The pregnant women in the control group were given routine education, and the pregnant women in the study group were included in the training courses of the maternal school organized by the institute. The depression and malaise of two groups were compared. Results Before the test, there was no significant difference in the positive rate of postpartum depression between the two groups (P> 0.05). After the test, the positive rate of postpartum depression in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in TESS score between the two groups before and after maternal test (P> 0.05). Conclusion Pregnant women schools can effectively reduce the incidence of maternal puerperium depression without any discomfort, which can provide strong protection for maternal and child health and safety.
