3月航次,在本区38个测站上采集了表层沉积物样品。取样后,立即封于塑料袋中,低温贮存。分析前,将样品自然风干,经玛瑙研钵研磨,过80目尼龙筛。分析了样品中的Cu、CO,Ni、Zn、Cd和As的含量。其中,测定Ni、Co、Zn和Cu的样品,经HNO_3—HF—HCIO_4压热消化,用原子吸收分光光度法测定其含量,测定As和Cd的样品,用HNO_3—H_2SO_4消化,分别用银盐比色法和无火焰原子分光光度法测定其
March voyage, in the area 38 stations collected surface sediment samples. After sampling, immediately sealed in plastic bags, low temperature storage. Before analysis, the samples were air-dried and ground in an agate mortar and passed through a 80 mesh nylon sieve. The content of Cu, CO, Ni, Zn, Cd and As in the sample was analyzed.
