随着事业单位绩效工资改革的全面推进,绩效工资体制的各个方面都面临着重新建立的局面。包括运作方法和环境要求。财政局要求包括高职院校在内的事业单位进行工资的改革。其以前的模式在现在已经没有了作用,甚至还可能有些阻碍作用。为保证其正向激励的作用,必须要解决其发展路上的一些阻碍。本文主要从事业单位绩效工资改革的背景下和目前高职院校绩效工资存在的问题来得出绩效工资正向激励的重要性,并为事业单位绩效工资的正向激励提出一些方法。
