目的研究黎族T2DM患者载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因多态性及血糖、血脂水平的变化,探讨其与疾病的相关性。方法选取黎族T2DM患者(T2DM组)121例及健康对照者(NC组)112名,应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性核酸内切酶片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)进行ApoE基因分型,并对患者病程、BMI、血糖、血脂水平进行分析。结果 T2DM组_ε3等位基因频率低于NC组(P<0.05),TC、LDL-C水平高于NC组(P<0.01),T2DM组等位基因_ε3亚组LDL-C水平低于_ε2亚组,_ε2亚组TG水平高于_ε3、_ε4亚组,脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]水平低于_ε3、_ε4亚组(P<0.05)。结论 ApoE e3等位基因对黎族T2DM发生有一定的拮抗作用,且脂代谢与ApoE基因多态性有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the polymorphism of apolipoprotein E (ApoE) gene and the changes of blood glucose and blood lipid levels in T2DM patients with T2DM in Li ethnic population. Methods A total of 121 T2DM patients (T2DM group) and 112 healthy controls (NC group) were enrolled in this study. ApoE genotyping was performed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) , And the patient’s course of disease, BMI, blood glucose, blood lipid levels were analyzed. Results The allele frequencies of allele _ε3 in T2DM group were lower than those in NC group (P <0.05), TC and LDL-C levels were higher in NC group than in NC group (P <0.01) (P <0.05). The level of TG in _ε2 and _ε2 subgroups was higher than that in _ε3 and subgroups, and the levels of Lp (a) and Lp (a) were lower than those in subgroups. Conclusion ApoE e3 allele has certain antagonism on T2DM in Li people, and lipid metabolism has some relationship with ApoE gene polymorphism.
