目的:观察微波热凝固对肿瘤的杀伤及其作用后荷瘤体免疫机能的动态变化。方法:用袖珍插入式针形辐射器为无线,对荷SCC-891乳腺癌小鼠进行微波热凝固处理(MicrowaveTissueCoag-ulation,MTC),病理切片观察微波对肿瘤的杀伤,MTC作用后0、5、10、15天检测脾细胞IL-2,IL。2R,SI变化,观察细胞免疫反应。结果:MTC能直接杀伤肿瘤细胞,在MTC作用后第15天,各免疫指标均显著高出阳性对照,结论:MTC对荷瘤鼠细胞免疫功能的进行性下降有抑制,具有类似免疫活性剂的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of microwave thermocoagulation on tumor killing and the dynamic changes of immune function of tumor-bearing body after its action. Methods: Microwave insertion coagulation (MTC) was performed on mice bearing SCC-891 breast cancer using a mini-insert pin-type radiometer. The tumor was killed by microwave. After MTC treatment, The spleen cells IL-2 and IL were detected on day 10 and day 15. 2R, SI changes, observe the cellular immune response. Results: MTC could directly kill tumor cells. On the 15th day after MTC treatment, all the immune indexes were significantly higher than the positive control group. Conclusion: MTC could inhibit the progressive decline of cellular immune function in mice with similar immunocompetent effect.
